Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons brewers yeast
½ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup raw blue agave or honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional - dairy free brand: Enjoy)
Cooking Method
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, brewers yeast and the flaxseed.
Mix in the peanut butter, raw blue agave and vanilla extract.
Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
Press and roll into balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
HELPFUL TIPS
You can use cooking spray to coat your hands before rolling into balls. Each one of these bites has around 150-200 calories, 20g Carbohydrates, 3g Fiber, 10g sugar and 5g protein. That means 1 or 2 should satisfy you and keep you from eating junk!
