Peach and Clementine Mojito

1 lime, cut into wedges One 11.15 oz. can San Pellegrino Sparkling Clementine & Peach 2 oz. white rum Mint leaves

Cooking Method

  1. Cut a lime in half. Then take each of the halves and slice them into 3 wedges.

  2. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime. This will release the oils from the mint and lime juice. Then add the other 2 lime wedges and continue muddling.

  3. Fill your glass with ice, almost to the top. Pour 1 oz. rum over the ice. Then pour half the can of the San Pellegrino (about 6 oz.).

  4. Repeat 2 and 3 for a second mojito!

  5. Garnish with mint or lime and enjoy!


This recipe doesn’t require sugar because the San Pellegrino already has sugar in it! Some even muddle the rum in with the mint and limes. Your choice! If you don’t have a muddler, you can “muddle” your mint and lime using a guacamole masher (pictured above) and pour it on top as your last step before garnishing.
